Abstract: Objective To discusse the relationship between off-label use and legal ethics in sick children medical treatment. Methods Based on the toxic and side effects in clinical off-label use, the off-label use results in doctor-patient relationship and legal ethics limitation were illustrated in depth. Results In nclinical works, whether off-label use was appropriate or against legal ethics should be depend on the state of illness. Conclusion Off-label use can be appropriate and it is doctor’ s responsibility to put it into treatment if it is necessary for patient’ illnesses.
