Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and observe the TRAb levels of localized intrathroid injection of im-munosuppressive agents ( dexamethasone and cyclophosphamide ) in treatment of Graves ′disease . Methods 200 patients with Graves′disease were randomly and averagely divided into observation group and control group. control group:given conventional anti-thyroid drugs;Observation group:given thyroid local injection of immunosuppressant On the basis of the control group. TRAb levels for both groups were monitored. Results The thyroid weight obtained significantly reduced , both TRAb negative rate and the curing rate increased remarkably. The difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion The locatized intra-thyroid injection of immunosuppvessive agents is efficacy and safety in freatment of Graves′disease . It is suggested clinical promotion.
