Abstract: Objective To analyze using brain surgery for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods On June 6, 2013 - July 2013 in our hospital 100 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients as the research object, USES the lottery is di-vided into experimental group ( treated with minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma to) and the control group ( with removal of craniotomy treatment), 50 cases in each group, compared the therapeutic effect of two kinds of surgery. Results (1) the patient 2 weeks after the hematoma volume was significantly smaller than the control group (P< 0. 05);(2) the treatment of patients with experi-mental group total effective rate (82. 00%) is significantly higher than control group (64. 00%) (P< 0. 05). Conclusion Hyperten-sive cerebral hemorrhage treated with minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma, obviously,It is worth promoting.
