Abstract: Objective To analyze the changes of blood rheology and lipid indexes in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes. Methods Blood rheology, cholesterol ( CH) , triglyceride ( TG) , high density lipoprotein ( HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein ( LDL-C) indexs were detected and analysised in 65 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes and in 50 cases of control group. Results The abnormolity of blood rheology and lipid was significant in patients with type II diabetes. Conclusion The abnormality of blood rheology and lipid was the mechanism of type Ⅱ diabetes complications in chronic diseases.
