Abstract: Objective Discusses the application of open reduction and selective floating knee injury surgery fixation treatment of clinical efficacy. Methods 38 cases of floating knee injury selective application fixation surgery and postoperative function recovery were retrospectively analyzed. Results This group of 38 cases of floating knee injury patients were followed up for 3 ~ 36 months, an average of 15. 6 months, use the Karlstrom evaluation criteria, such as backbone fracture type 21 cases,superior 18 cases, fine 3 ca-ses;Double condyle fracture in 9 cases,superior 4 cases, fine 3 cases, well 1 case, and poor 1 case;Hybrid fractures in 8 cases, su-perior 3 cases, fine 2 cases, well 2 cases, poor 1 case. Conclusion Open reduction and selective use of floating knee injury fixation treatment, can get the anatomy of the fracture reduction and the strong fixation, the early function exercise rehabilitation training, can well restore limb function.
