Abstract: Objective To investigate the VIP ward nurses working environment situation and job satisfaction. Methods The nursing work environment scale and job satisfaction scale, select 18 of VIP ward nursing staff to the questionnaire. Results VIP ward nursing work environment in the medium to high, the highest availability of manpower nurses in hospital management, nursing staff on job satisfaction score is higher, but lower satisfaction of work itself. Conclusion Should further nurses subjective initiative into full play, build good relaxed working atmosphere, in strengthening nurse professional skills as well as to cultivate their correct outlook on life, values, and good psychological quality and mentality.
