Abstract: 1‐Wire chip is a kind of integrated circuit which combines address bus ,data bus ,and control bus into 1‐Wire bus .In this paper ,the development process of test program of the 1‐wire digital thermometer chip DS18B20 by researching the 1‐Wire chip test method based on ATE is introduced .
