Abstract: In?recent?years,?with?the?increasing?number?of?higher?vocational?colleges?and?the?deepening?of?vocational?education?reform,?the?efforts?to?reform?higher?vocational?education?enrollment?continues?to?increase?and?the?enrollment?system?has?undergone?a?series?of?reforms?and?changes.?The?change?can?be?interpreted?with?the?theory?of?institutional?change.?The?following?two?factors?led?to?the?reform:?one?is?the?fierce?competition?and?college?students?declining?from?the?angle?of?system?demand;?the?other?is?our?country’s?continuous?deepening?awareness?of?college?entrance?examination?and?higher?vocational?education?from?the?perspective?of?system?supply.?Accordingly,?on?one?hand,?the?government?should?carefully?carry?out?the?enrollment?system?reform?of?higher?vocational?education;?on?the?other?hand,?the?higher?vocational?colleges?should?adapt?to?the?reform?as?soon?as?possible.
