Abstract: By comprehensive survey on three autonomous enrolment and students ’skills examination of 31 junior level colleges in Shanghai in accordance with the law, we find that skills exam level is not high, pertinence is not so strong, requirements of test between schools is uneven, and in high and secondary vocational education professions completely mismatch and so on. Therefore, we suggest gradually changing the contents of examination form, further strengthening its unity, increasing the industry and enterprises’ participation, establishing unified high and secondary vocational professional directory and further standardizing and improving enrollment examination system in high vocational education.
