Abstract: The?constructions?of?modern?agriculture?and?new?socialist?countryside?are?not?only?the?important?aspects?of?structural?adjustment?and?upgrading?of?rural?industry,?but?also?the?key?measures?to?improve?the?development?level?of?rural?areas?and?solve?the?problems?of?agriculture,?rural?areas?and?farmers.?By?analyzing?the?definition?and?characteristics?of?new?professional?farmers,?and?then?standing?on?different?grounds,?such?as?the?main?body?and?the?environment?of?new?professional?farmer’s?cultivation,?to?find?the?cultivation?predicaments.?At?last,?we?put?forward?the?ways?to?deal?with?the?predicaments?and?set?up?the?new?development?strategies?including?optimizing?training?approaches,?building?good?atmosphere,?etc.
