Abstract: The teaching team building of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is the key and difficulty point to achieve TVET content development and construction of modern TVET system. According to the investigation of 146 principals from secondary technical and vocational schools, we found policies of team building of TVET have made much progress in structure and proportion of the team, played a leading role model and been approved by most of principals. However, the obstacle survives, such as insufficient number of the team, irrational structure, low gravity of policy implementation and deviation of special policy implementation. In order to improve policy implementation, we should make policy content perfect, get help from others and use all kinds of policy tools.%
