Abstract: Aluminum foil rolling mill working roller bearing early failure problem has become a common problem of alu-minum processing industry.The failure form of the four point contact ball bearings of a domestic 2000 aluminums foil mill work roll is analyzed.The main reason of its failure is that the axial force axial exceeds the carrying capacity of the bearing,and verified by calculating four point contact ball bearing axial load capacity.Therefore,the speed,service life,axial load capacity of the bearing should be considered when selecting bearings for the rolling mill.
