Abstract: Using the error back propagation(BP) artificial neural network ,combining the analysis on risk factors for power grid during magnetic storm ,the evaluation index and model of grid's risk degree during magnetic storm disaster is es‐tablished .The data of Shandong 500kV power grid for training and testing the network is used to show that different sites'different risk levels of the grid are also in line with the actual situation of the sites .
