Abstract: Since the implementation of National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan of China(2006-2020) in 2006, the science and technology of deep processing of agricultural products and modern storage in China have made considerable progress, this paper reported the obtained experience, policy repose, overall layout and achievements. As well as the technical challenge in deep processing of agricultural products and modern storage, future development suggestions have been put forward in China.
