Abstract: Bio-breeding technology was developed quickly. Transgenic breeding technology was put much attention in the world. In this paper, we explain with gene transfer in nature environment and evolution of species to clear up the doubts related with transgenic breeding. We suggest that synergy develop different bio-breeding technologies according to different research conditions of biology genetic breeding, different crops and different traits, to select excellent varieties with good stress resistance and good quality and high yield. In the end, according to contest evolution principle of species resistance ability, we suggest that biodiversity and agronomic methods should be scientifi cally used for controlling crop disease and pest, that will benefi t to reduce environment pollution, safeguarded biodiversity and human health.
