Abstract: Urban complex states, especially the rise of large-scale Chinese industrial park will attract a large number of Chinese companies to move to the United States, and even put some of Chinese industry chain integrity relocated to the United States. The phenomenon of Intellectual Property Americanized of Chinese related industries will therefore be more widespread. Once the deployment of Chinese domestic intellectual property and technology project applications, business intelligence reporting, government subsidies completely decoupled from its native applications may be substantially reduced. To deploy and protect American patents could become one of the most important intellectual property strategy of Chinese enterprises. In particular, the Federal Foreign Trade Zone, state special taxation district, the city’s comprehensive development of the state body, may promote the deployment of a large number of Chinese enterprises to give up intellectual property in China, but mainly to deploy and protect American intellectual property rights.
