Abstract: Since the implementation of National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan of China(2006-2020) in 2006, development and utilization of agricultural resources technologies in China have made considerable progress, this paper reported the obtained experience, policy repose, overall layout and achievements. As well as the technical challenge in development and utilization of agricultural resources,future development suggestions have been put forward in China.
