Abstract: On the surface of boron phosphorus alloy cast iron cylinder liner 12 micro-pit knitted structures were prepared by the mechanical processing technology and were stuffed with 3 solid lubricants .Under the lubrication conditions of 150 ℃ and 60 MPa lube oil in 200 r/min ,the anti-friction and anti-adhesive wear properties were studied .The results show that the cylin-der-liner specimen with micro-pit of 0 .4 mm in diameter ,0 .5 mm in depth and spacing of 3 times diameter has optimal friction and anti-adhesive property .Compared with the original cylinder-liner specimen ,the friction coefficient of stuffing specimen de-creases by 33 .3% and its anti-adhesive wear period prolongs by 73% .It is also found that the cylinder-liner specimen stuffed with MoS2 has the best anti-friction and anti-adhesive wear property .
