Abstract: Lactic acid bacteria is the indispensable bacteria in the gut of animal. The purpose of the study was to isolate and identify the lactic acid bacteria by 16S rRNA from the gut of cattle, horse, goat and sheep of Xilingol Inner Mongolia. Furthermore, the acid resistence, simulated gastrointestinal fluid transporting tolerance and bile salt resistence were performed on the 38 strains of Lactobacillus reuteri. The results of isolation and 16S rRNA identiifcation showed that totally 96 lactic acid bacteria were acquired, including Biifdobacterium, Enterococcus, Lactobacillus and Streptococcus, in which the Lactobacillus was the most and the proportion was 82.29%. On the isolated bacteria of Lactobacillus, Lactobacillus reuteri was the most bacteria and the proportion was 48.10%. The results of screening on the probiotics properties showed that the strains of IMAU10240,IMAU10230 and IMAU10256 were showed better tolerance to the acid of gastrointestinal lfuid and bile salt. In above, the strains of IMAU10240,IMAU10230 and IMAU10256 can serve as the potential probiotics for further research.
