Abstract: This study choose the Holstein cows which coming from different ranches as research objects, adding complex Lactobacillus probiotics dose to 100~200g/d per head (effective viable count≥1.5×109 cfu/g) which include Lactobacilluscasei HM-09 and Lactobacillusplantarum HM-10 and its metabolites. The DHI data was used to measure the effect of probiotics in the treatment of subclinical mastitis. The results showed that after feeding Lactobacillus probiotics for 5~10 days, the average somatic cells number of three groups was signiifcantly reduced, decline from 23.8% to 62.8%. The results proved that this complex Lactobacillus probiotics can prevent and treat the subclinical mastitis of dairy cows.
