Abstract: 基于液粘调速系统理论,建立了由电液比例减压阀和液粘离合器组成的液粘调速系统Simulink模型,以控制在液粘调速过程中负载转速和电液比例减压阀压力输出稳定为目的,设计了以转速和油压为控制目标的液粘调速双参数控制策略,并通过仿真计算与试验验证,结果表明,该控制策略液粘调速系统稳态工作时转速输出稳定,动态控制特性效果良好.
