Abstract: 针对目前液力机械综合传动系统传动效率较低,同时进一步提升传动效率难度大等问题,提出了一种高效双模逻辑机械综合传动总体方案,分析了该方案的系统结构组成,其中双模逻辑行星变速机构是该系统的关键部件.利用行星传动理论,建立了该类行星变速机构的模块化设计方法,并分析了双模逻辑行星变速机构的工作原理.对直驶和转向总体性能进行分析,计算结果表明:双模逻辑机械综合传动能有效提高传动效率、发动机功率利用率和转向行驶稳定性.
