Abstract: This paper intends to make an analysis and comparison of the school funds of the first batch of national key higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis and comparison,the paper further analyzes the gains and losses in build-ing national key higher vocational colleges from the economic perspective:at the same time of getting more school fund-ing,these college behaves close to the government while moves away from the market.Therefore,it is essential to put for-ward some corresponding suggestions:to improve the modes of government funding,broaden the financing channels of high-er vocational colleges,build a fair competition platform.
