Abstract: Higher vocational education has experienced 34 years of painstaking exploration and has achieved leapfrog de-velopment.At the same time,since 2006,it has begun to pay attention to connotation construction,the regression of the true and the path of normal development.During the period of social and economic transformation,higher vocational edu-cation consciously assume the service for converting to a new economic development mode and for building a modern in-dustrial system as the times needed and enhance the transition.“Cross,return,ascension”reveals the laws of reform and development of higher vocational education in China and has become the main theme of higher vocational education re-form and development.
