Abstract: Based on the investigation of rural labor transfer employment training satisfaction,this study focuses on analy-sis of training satisfaction factor assessment by using method of factor analysis,and the results show that satisfaction fac-tors of rural labor transfer training consists of cognitive factor,emotional factor and output factor,and finally raises the material satisfaction indicators which include 11 indicators of publicizing satisfaction degree,training place satisfaction de-gree,etc.
