Abstract: 在日光直射下,吸收的红外线转换成热能,使人体皮肤温度升高.近年来,红外线辐射和热对人体皮肤的影响越来越受到关注.在其作用下,弹性纤维组装失衡并诱导基质金属蛋白酶和中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶生成;减少胶原合成、增强胶原降解;纤连蛋白、硫酸软骨素等其他细胞外基质成分降解.这些既能诱导光老化,又存在保护效应.该文就红外线辐射和热对皮肤细胞外基质影响的研究进展作一综述.
