Abstract: 研究者采用事件取样方法,对4位幼儿园熟手型教师在组织幼儿开展角色游戏活动时的指导行为进行观察,以分析其指导行为的频次、诱因、结果、所凭媒介、师幼互动等情况.在此基础上,研究者提出,熟手型教师在指导幼儿开展角色游戏活动时,要充分考虑幼儿的游戏需求,可借助观察或参与等策略判断介入的恰当时机和方式,要重视游戏材料与游戏同伴的支架作用.
