Abstract: 1 废碱液产生 洗瓶机在连续运行过程中,定时排放废水,废水呈碱性,应该回收利用. 2 废碱液的特点 (1)含有大量纸纤维,极易堵塞过滤器,纸纤维显柔性,反冲很难去除,影响过滤器的运行. (2)废碱液是高浊度液体,浊度多在1000度以上,连续两天洗瓶可达到2000度.高浊度液体的过滤难点有二:一是过滤精度;二是设备的体积.以过滤精度而言,附在瓶上的微尘很细小,多在10微米左右,过滤芯精度应≤10微米.
