Abstract: 针对一种两段式机电复合传动系统在换段过程中呈现的混杂特性,采用切换系统建模方法对换段过程进行了研究.考虑前传动联轴器的柔性特性,建立了等效刚度-阻尼模型;分析了功率分流机构中构件的作用关系,建立了两段式机电复合传动系统换段过程的切换型动力学模型;制定了基于规则的升降段策略,并设计了基于事件的切换律.基于MATLAB/Simulink,搭建了系统的仿真模型,进行仿真分析.结果表明,切换系统动力学模型是切实有效的,在此基础上设计的切换律是合理的;换段过程驱动转矩变化平稳.
