Abstract: 开学了,我们为什么心情不好? 一般来讲,以卞一些因素都在影响着我们的心情. 首先,生物钟在作怪. 生物钟是我们身体内一种无形的"时钟",也是生命体内在活动的规律.放假后,我们的作息时间往往会很不规律,很多人晚上很晚才睡,第二天又睡到中午12点,有的人甚至过上了"美国时间".而开学后,马上恢复到早睡早起的作息时间,我们很难马上适应,于是,我们的身体和精神就都发出了警报,而疲劳、萎靡不振、瞌睡等等身心状态便是生物钟给我们发出的警报.
