Abstract: DNA甲基化作为一种十分重要的表观遗传修饰途径,在生物体生长发育过程中发挥着极为关键的作用.甲基胞嘧啶、羟甲基胞嘧啶、醛基胞嘧啶和羧基胞嘧啶是整个DNA甲基化和去甲基化过程中重要的中间体形式,它们的分布含量直接影响着DNA甲基化和去甲基化过程的动态平衡,进而影响着整个正常生理活动的进行.检测这些特殊胞嘧啶在表观遗传学上具有重要的意义.本文小结和综述了本课题组通过化学方法在甲基胞嘧啶、羟甲基胞嘧啶、醛基胞嘧啶和羧基胞嘧啶检测方面取得的最新研究进展.
