Abstract: 通过研究某增压发动机的怠速敲缸噪声,总结了活塞总成系统的噪声分类,研究了活塞偏心量、连杆大头油孔以及活塞冷却喷嘴对怠速敲缸噪声的影响.研究结果显示,活塞偏心量和连杆大头的油孔对于改善怠速敲缸噪声有很好的效果,而活塞冷却喷嘴不仅能起到冷却活塞的作用,还对怠速敲缸噪声有决定性的影响.通过改变活塞冷却喷嘴的开启压力,在怠速时开启,可以完全消除怠速敲缸噪声.
