Abstract: 用有限元法对4102ZQ柴油机连杆两种设计方案(单油孔和双油孔)的主要部位的应力、连杆大头内孔和小头内孔纵横向的变形进行了对比研究;根据Von Mises屈服条件对连杆进行了疲劳强度校核.结果表明,两种方案均可满足4102ZQ柴油机增压的要求,双油孔方案优于单油孔方案.
