Abstract: 利用离散元法通过三维仿真研究阻尼颗粒在失重环境中的运动特点以及不同因素对其阻尼性能的影响,并提出了一种提高阻尼器在失重条件下耗能能力的方法.仿真结果表明:当阻尼器填充率较低或振动水平较小时,重力加速度对于阻尼器的耗能效果具有显著影响;当阻尼器处于零重力环境时,只有在大填充率或较高振动水平的情况下,阻尼器才能充分发挥阻尼效果,否则颗粒会形成一个松散的颗粒团悬浮于容器中央,这一特性为微重力环境下所特有.针对以上特点,为了提高颗粒阻尼器在低填充率和小振幅下的耗能能力,在阻尼器内部引入了一种颗粒扰动器.结果表明扰动器的安装可以明显提高阻尼器的耗能能力.
