Abstract: 为提高娟姗牛产奶量及乳品质,本试验采用膨化大豆将日粮能量由2.806Mcal/kg提高到2.849Mcal/kg,蛋白水平由15.44%提高到16.28%.结果表明,试验牛产奶量提高1.25kg/(头·d),差异显著(P<0.05),乳蛋白提高8.30%,差异显著(P<0.05),乳脂率提高10.22%,差异极显著(P<0.01),乳总固体提高4.05%,差异显著(P<0.05),创表观经济效益0.20元/(头·d),说明提高日粮能量和蛋白水平有利于娟姗牛产奶量和乳品质的提高.
