Abstract: 本文通过干滑动磨损试验,系统地研究了经普通淬火和等温淬火处理的高碳铬轴承钢(GCr15)的干滑动磨损特性。研究结果表明,改变滑动条件会造成磨损作用机制的转化,而改变显微组织却只能影响磨损转化出现的快慢。研究还表明,与普通淬火处理工艺相比,等温淬火处理可使磨损转化的出现朝高载高速方向推移。
