Abstract: 基于刀具在切削过程中摩擦系统的特点,本文对空心阴极(HCD)法制备的TiN镀层的摩擦磨损行为进行了研究。在有油润滑的条件下,高速钢W18Cr4V镀TiN后,耐磨性可提高三倍。增大载荷和提高磨料的硬度,更能显示TiN镀层的优越性。本文试验条件下,TiN镀层的磨损机制主要为应力疲劳。
