Abstract: Add the dilution degradative bacteria on top of a Petr i source. Plates were placed in an inverted position.A piece of sterilized cotton is put o n the cover to adsorbed dichloromethane.At culture temperature,dichloromethane v olatilize,a gaseous carbon which can make microorganism growth,some colonies can be obtained,Dichloromethane degradative bacteria are Pseudomonas,Halobacteriu m and Mycobacteriaceae. The degradative bacteria mutate by ultraviolet rad iation.The conditions of degradation for mixed mutants in shake flasks are pH ab out 7.0.temperature about 25~28?℃;the higher temperature the faster medium.When the inlet ga s content was below 1.5?mg/L the elimination efficiency maintained above 85% in the biotrickling filter.
