Abstract: 本文研究了热处理对 Ni—Al 涂层耐热冲击性能的影响,分析讨论了热处理提高涂层耐热冲击性能的原因。结果表明:热处理可以降低涂层孔隙度,使涂层与基体间的扩散层增厚。热处理温度越高,涂层的耐热冲击性能越好,经1200℃热处理后,涂层的耐热冲击性能为喷涂态的4倍。
