Abstract: 高职院校品牌文化是高职院校在办学实践中沉淀下来的、用以识别和区分高职院校的学校教育其他教育产品与服务的文化要素的总和,它是学校利益认知、情感属性、文化传统、个性形象的标识化的集中体现.鉴于学校和企业二者在多方面的统一性,从内蕴核、表征面、承载体三个层面建构“高职院校品牌文化钻石模型”,可以使高职品牌文化的构成要素得以立体呈现.
