Abstract: 根据相似原理,对兴澄特钢150 t钢包建立几何比例为1∶3的水力学模型,通过测定不同底吹条件下钢包的混匀时间,确定最佳的底部透气砖位置及吹气流量.研究表明:原型双孔吹气方案下混匀效果欠佳,较大气量下气流股会对包衬造成冲刷侵蚀.优化后得到最佳方案为:双孔在1/2 R圆周上,成135 °布置,吹气量控制在550~600 L/min,可获得最短的混匀时间为53 s.
