Abstract: 利用土壤微量元素数据(1 972 944个),地形地貌数据(4 502个),岩石类型数据(1 092个),气象要素数据(6 361 080个),探讨鼻咽癌死亡率与人群生存的地质环境(土壤微量元素、地形地貌、岩石类型)和气象环境(年平均气温、年平均温差、年平均相对温度)的相关性.结果表明,土壤中Cr、Sn、Pb、Co、Be、Mn、Cu、V、Ni、Ti与鼻咽癌死亡率有相关性,等级相关系数r分别为-0.409 2(P<0.000 5),0.442 9(P<0.000 5),0.365 4(P<0.000 5),-0.454 6(P<0.000 5),0.343 9(P <0.000 5),-0.292 2(P<0.005),0.287 4(P<0.01),-0.262 0(P<0.025),-0.266 6(P<0.025),-0.245 8(P<0.025),并有较明显的剂量-效应关系;山区与鼻咽癌死亡率的r=0.259 3(P<0.01),岩浆岩、碎屑岩与鼻咽癌死亡率的r分别为0.399 4(P<0.0 00 5),0.229 4(P<0.025),年平均气温、年平均温差、年平均相对湿度与鼻咽癌死亡率的r分别为0.417 6(P<0.000 5),-0.481 9(P<0.000 5),0.263 7(P<0.01).鼻咽癌死亡率与地质和气象的综合影响系数呈正相关,r=0.41(P<0.000 5),有明显的剂量 -效应关系.
