Mechanical Ventilation therapy for serious acute heart failure

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the medanical ventilation therapy for serious acute heart failure. Methods 46 cases with acute heart failure and type Ⅱ respiratory failure in 1996.7 ～2000.8 were analysed for the dinical effectivenes of the mechanical ventilation. Results The difference of heart rate breathe average arterial pressure tide volume(TV) SaO2、 PH、 PaO2、sPaCO2、and symptom were significant among the group of pressure support ventilation (PSV) by face guard and the group of inhale oxygen by nose conduit( P < 0.01) .Conclusions serious acute heart is the indication to the medanical ventilation therapy.
