Abstract: 菜豆和四季三中含有素,对消化遭粘度刺激性提强,可引起局部充血、肿胀及出血炎症,中毒后产生恶心、呕吐、腹泻、头晕、头痛、头痛或胸闷、心慌、出冷汗、手脚发冷、四肢麻木等,体温一段正常,大会数病人24小时内恢复健康。防止的办法是,食用前将直角放入开水中烫泡,捞出后再炒熟重用,使素充分破坏。千万不要过于贪图脆嫩,应充分加热,彻底熟透食用。食用不熟的菜豆和四季豆是要中毒的@寒星
