Abstract: 营养学家认为,食用海带可达到营养平衡,并指出吃大豆类食品多者都应补充一部分海带。因大豆除含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪外,还含有5种皂角苷,能加快碘的排除引起缺碘。另大豆中含硫氨基酸匮乏,而海带中却丰富,配合食用就会得到补充。大豆又可补充海带中赖氨酸的不足,使营养得到平衡。食用海带还可增加食物纤维的摄入,促进肠道蠕动,增进消化腺分沁,从而减少消化道中毒症和肠癌发生。海带中含有丰富的碘,。常吃可使甲腺分泌正常,还有预防乳腺癌的作用。另外,吃海带增加碘还能降低血液中胆固醇。最近研究发现,海带能降血压是因为其中含有褐藻酸的钾盐,有排除多余纳离子和调节钠钾新的平衡作用,从而导致血压的下降。我国和日本民间都有吃
