Abstract: 碳纤维天线在大范围温变场将发生一定的变形,引起较大的天线波束指向误差,造成电性能下降,合理的铺层设计可以有效减少碳纤维天线热变形.应用ANSYS有限元分析技术,对各种铺层下的反射面在20~80℃范围内热变形进行了仿真分析,优选出合理的铺层方式;为了验证仿真结果,设计了一套测试装置.实验结果表明,仿真模拟结果与实验结果较为接近,误差为9.3%,从而探索出适合于工程应用的减少热变形的铺层设计方法,为高精度复合材料天线反射面的设计应用提供了依据.
