建立用于检测尿液中痕量多环芳烃(PAHs)代谢产物[1-羟基萘酚(1-N)、2-羟基萘酚(2-N)、2-羟基芴(2-F)、1-羟基芘(1-P)]的高灵敏度的液相色谱-串联质谱联用分析方法.方法
尿液经β-葡糖苷酸酶水解、固相萃取处理后,用高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用仪分析.结果
尿液中4种PAHs代谢产物在1~100 μg/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r均大于0.99;加标回收率80.8%~122.7%;2-F的最低检出浓度为1
μg/L,1-N、2-N、1-P的最低检出浓度为0.5 μg/L;日间精密度为9.59%~21.35%,日内精密度为3.28%~12.34%.结论
该方法回收率稳定、重现性好、检出限低,可以检测人体尿液中PAHs代谢产物的含量.
