Abstract: 采用树脂全容量交换技术及套碱工艺,实现碱性流出液与硫氰酸钠产品分离.经现场标定,改进后的腈纶污水系统硫氰酸钠回收率由原来的56.4%提高到84.7%左右,产品硫氰酸钠中NVI去除率由88%提高到93%.新工艺应用后,可以创造200万元/a的经济效益.
