Abstract: 肺纤维化的关键是肺泡巨噬细胞和肺成纤维细胞的相互作用.肺纤维化是矽肺的显著病理学特征.我们研究了铀矿样粉GBW04104处理过的巨噬细胞培养上清液对人胚肺成纤维细胞活性的影响.测定培养的成纤维细胞3H和14C Tdr的掺入量和培养中羟脯氨酸的含量,并与国产标准石英粉进行了比较.结果表明铀矿样粉GBW04104处理过的巨噬细胞培养上清液能刺激成纤维细胞3H和14C Tdr的掺入和培养中羟脯氨酸量的增加;这种刺激能力明显低于国产标准石英粉.同时,在低浓度粉尘样品情况下,随着浓度的增加,这种刺激能力有增高的趋向.
