Abstract: 齿轮时变啮合刚度是研究齿轮传动过程中噪声、振动、动力学分析的重要依据.文中采用参数化建模方法建立了某行星排三维模型,应用非线性动力学软件LS-DYNA软件分析该行星排的齿面接触应力随时间的变化,并根据轮齿变形和相应的接触应力,得出行星齿轮内外啮合的时变刚度曲线,仿真分析与理论分析相吻合,为进一步研究行星排的动力学特性奠定基础.
